Do you accommodate late check-ins?
Absolutely! Many flights into Anchorage arrive late in the evening. In the event that you are checking in after we have retired for the evening, a note will be left on the door with instructions and helpful information.
What is the "Flexible Choice" room?
The Flexible Choice room option is for guests who do not have a specific room preference. Selecting this room option will guarantee a queen or king size bed and a private bath. This room option is only for two guests. If a guest requires specific room accommodations, please contact us for a room that may provide more comfort.
My flight out of Anchorage is not until the evening, what is your check-out time?
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. If you are not departing Anchorage until later in the evening you are more than welcome to leave your bags at the Inn.
How do I get to the Inn from the Airport?
If you are renting a car the easiest way is to take International Airport Road east until it reaches the Old Seward Highway. You will then turn left on Old Seward Highway until you reach Tudor Road. Take a right on Tudor Rd and travel east approximately 3 miles. At the intersection of Baxter Rd turn left. The third left is Campbell Airstrip Road. Take Campbell Airstrip up the hill and turn left onto 38th Court. The Inn is at the end of 38th Court, before turning into Delwood. Taxi cabs are also readily available at the airport and throughout the City.
Is there parking? Is it free?
Yes! There is plenty of parking in front of the Inn. Please feel free to park in front of either of the garages. There are no charges for parking.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, US check, and credit cards. We accept all major credit cards and offer a 5% discount on the quoted rate for cash/US check payments, which will be reflected in the confirmation.
Where are you located?
We are located approximately 5 miles southeast from the downtown area. We are also located within walking distance to a city bus that goes directly downtown.
Do you have freezer space?
We have plenty of freezer space for your Alaskan catch!
Do you have laundry facilities?
We do have laundry facilities, however we request laundry to be done after housekeeping is complete, typically around 3 PM.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We do. Wi-Fi information will be included on your formal confirmation. There is also a guest computer available for your convenience.
